The process to get B&W custom built cabinets in your home or office started is pretty simple. All you need to do is contact one of our sale staff and we will get the ball rolling. Here is a brief description of how events will unfold.
1.
You will speak to or meet with one of our staff so we can learn about your unique cabinet needs. If you have a simple cabinet we might be able to get enough information over the phone or via email to give you an accurate estimate. However, in most cases we will want to set up an in person meeting on-site or at our office to help you design your custom cabinets.
2.
We will work up an estimate based on the information gathered at our meeting in step one. This detailed estimate will be submitted via email for your review.
3.
Once we have an approved estimate our CAD specialist will draw up your cabinets using a program developed specifically for cabinet design. These drawings will help you see you cabinets before anything is put into production.
4.
We will have a review meeting to go over the CAD drawings and be sure that everything is designed to best meet your needs. If any additional changes or tweaks need to be made we will note that during this meeting and have revised drawings created. If you have selected pre-finished cabinets we will finalize the color selection as well.
5.
Your cabinets will be scheduled for production. At this point your cabinets are ready to be built. We will inform you of our current lead time and do our best to be sure the cabinets arrive on schedule. We strive to meet your schedule so that your project does not get held up due to cabinets. If you are under a particularly tight schedule please let us know at the beginning of this process so we can do our best to meet your timeline.
6.
Your cabinets will be installed by one of our in-house installation crew. You will finally get to see your custom built cabinets in the flesh! Our trained installers will typically have your cabinets installed in just a few hours.
7.
When you are close to the completion of your project contact our office for your final adjustment. One of our in-house service techs will come out and make sure all of your cabinets are adjusted and functioning properly. If you purchased our pre-finished cabinets we will also send out a finish technician to do a final paint touch-up.
8.
Enjoy your new custom built B&W Cabinets!
